1oz Pappy’s Sassafras Tea Concentrate

.75oz Demerara Syrup

SHAKEN

STRAINED OVER ICE INTO ALE or TULIP GLASS

TOPPED WITH

3oz club soda

Scoop of Vanilla Sea Salt Caramel Ice Cream

GARNISHED WITH MINT AND FRESH GRATED NUTMEG

Demerara syrup: Heat equal parts Demerara sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium heat until sugar dissolves.  Stir in ¼ tsp black strap molasses (optional). Cool to room temperature before using.  Store in refrigerator in an airtight glass container.
