2oz White Rum (Brugal Extra Dry)
.5oz Ancient Infusions’s Sassafras Tea Concentrate
.5oz Honey Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
STIRRED with ICE
STRAINED INTO COUPE GLASS
CHERRY GARNISH
Honey syrup: Heat equal parts honey and water in a small saucepan over medium heat until honey dissolves. Cool to room temperature before using. Store in refrigerator in an airtight glass container.
